The residential complex is located in Ipsonas, a quiet, upcoming family-oriented area.
The project was designed to achieve a fine balance between privacy, functionality and spatial efficiency. The public green area was positioned as such, to divide the plot in two, securing the privacy of the inhabitants while creating a green focal point in the centre of the plot.
Each floor has 4 apartments detached from one another allowing the inhabitants to enjoy a discreet family environment which is also secured from overlooking through the use of a series of architectural features used as filters.
